Drains battery...use with caution!

This app would be great if it didn't completely drain the battery! An hour into my shopping it completely killed my phone and worse, the store had no way to recover any part of my shopping cart. I had to scan everything st the register- totally defeated the purpose of using the app. I will never use it again unless I'm only getting a very small number of items.
Doesn’t work!

As usual Stop & Shops technology is behind the times and doesn’t work! I can’t get the app set up properly because it says it can’t connect to my WiFi which is on and working properly. I’m not holding my breath it will work in their store either which annoyingly requires a trip to the information desk which has never been helpful in our store anyway. This app is just like their store which is messy, terrible quality and selection with huge crates full of unstocked merchandise blocking the isles with little to no sales help making for a very frustrating shopping experience. I just want to get in and out as quickly as possible so I was hopeful this would help. Deleting it!

App is useless. Customer Service ignores you if you have an issue with the app even after contacting them. Don’t waist your time...use your stop and shop physical card instead.
Update coupons!
Don't waste your time!!!
The digital coupons section should have a place where you can customize your coupons. I don’t have a baby, and would not like to have to scroll through 200+ coupons, of which are mostly baby items, to find ones I may actually use!

No longer able to connect to in-store ScanIt_Mobile WiFi after the recent update. I can’t understand why developers release an untested update and assume the app will function properly. Perhaps Ahole USA, Inc. enjoys receiving a one star review for their incompetence.

This used to be a great app! Getting in and out of the store quickly was a real time saver. Now, every time I get to the checkout, there is an issue where the app says to wait for a cashier’s assistance. Then I have to stand and wait for someone to come look at my phone and then go to the kiosk to get a scanner and start rescanning all my items! Apparently making sure I’m not stealing an extra yogurt! This used to happen once in a while but now it happens 95%. It takes more time at the cashier than it took for my entire shopping trip! Not to mention being embarrassed while someone goes through my cart looking for something that I didn’t scan while other people have to wait behind me. Seems like it’ll be easier to step back 5 years and delete this app!

Works until you get a random adult and then there is no way to adult your order and you need to scan everything from scratch again. Saves time just to use the guns.

Works effortlessly and accurately. I had absolutely no problems it made my shopping trip very easy and quick.

When it works, it’s a nice edition too the shopping experience. But when it doesn’t, it’s frustrating to get connection errors to Stop n shop servers, then all it’s worth is wasted space on my phone.
