Scanners die more often than the old ones. Price checker doesn’t work. But I do appreciate not being tagged for rescan as often.

As per usual, this app does not work anymore. It was working again for a little while, then they took the barcodes away from the self checkouts and you had to ask for assistance, who would then being the barcode over for you to scan. Now the ScanIt! wifi connection is a regular internet hotspot, ScanIt! app is totally borked. DO NOT USE!!

Had this app for two months now and has not worked once. I appreciate the usefulness of the idea but as of now it is simply a waste of time and mobile space...
Watch out for audits!

Do not use this app!! It works ok most of the time (not an improvement over the scan guns in the store). But if you get audited everything locks up. The store can't scan the admin code to unlock your order and the scanner at the register will not let you proceed. You can't even use your Stop & Shop card. You need to rescan every item using a store card (losing all the purchase points). Audits are hassle enough; this was ridiculous. Took forever to resolve; store clerk didn't even know about the app let alone how to fix it. Not worth the headache. (Oh I guess you save a second or two at the register not having to scan your card - woohoo - not worth it)

Every time I use this I get audited and someone must come over. That person NEVER EVER knows how to perform said audit. Then they go to get another employee. Sometimes a third. Sometimes they tell me to just scan everything again. What a waste. Don't bother.

My local store provides bar codes at most check outs. Works well on my iPhone. Much easier than looking for an in store scanner.

Downloaded this app to replace using S&S scanner. Worked well for a while, now past 3 times have been nothing but aggravated and wasted my time! Forget this app!
