Why need to purchase again

I have purchased in-app in 2017, but now when I used it, it asked me to repurchase, or otherwise I can use only the pics to stitch. Why?
Up-graded to pro and now can’t do anything new

I up-graded to pro so I could get all the features, but it won’t give me access to all my screen shots (from photos) only ones I used before with stitch it & it won’t let me delete from the app any screen shots I already used. Also from the setting area, it says - give feedback and it goes nowhere. I also pressed, Restore Purchases, it indicates that I have the up graded version and still having the same problem. Watched the tutorial, that didn’t help. There’s no way to contact app developer from app developer web site. If It is not going to work, I want a refund so I can get an app that will work.
Bad app. Does not give you option to redact information

I bought the Pro app and was able to crop my messages but was not able to redact my information. Where do hey show you how to do it that screen never shows up. I want my money back but I advise no onbody to spend money on this app!

Doesn’t use edited photos

Before stitching photos I cropped out superfluous framing from the photo (a chat transcript) but when I try to stitch the photos together post-edit it only uses the originals, not the edited versions. Not helpful.
Watermark

I get it, I have to pay to remove the watermark but that ruins the whole app for me so I can’t even use it. It’s not worth the money to just remove the watermark.

Be Careful, ok you can stitches screen shots but after that when you want to send it using whatsapp, telegram or others… it get blurred so not body can see the image when you send it. I want my money back.

The app works well I’ve been using the full version for years. My only negative is that the sounds are SO LOUD and even when my phone is on silent it doesn’t silence this app. Fix that and you’ll get 5 stars from me.
