SSL error. Many bugs

Can't connect to server. Deleted app and reinstalled. Still cannot connect. Spent way too much on a fridge for way too little IT support

What does an SSL error mean? I have rebooted it several times and everything works except StickiBoard!!! Please fix it!!!


App Server Down

The stickiboard server has been down for 3 days and Samsung has no idea when it will be working again. My wife and I both use this app on our phones to post our schedules to the family hub on our refrigerator and it is beyond frustrating. Samsung support hasn't been able to help out at all. Most support agents we've spoken with aren't even aware that this is a Samsung app.

The app won't let you set up on account to even you this feature on the refrigerator. DO NOT BUY THE SAMSUNG FAMILY HUB. So not worth it.


Bad app

App is horrible, keeps crashing saying SSL error. This makes the calendar feature on the family hub useless. I see that others are having the same issue. Other apps also crash frequently. It is very frustrating for some ch an expensive fridge.

Main Stickiboard went blank.Message error about being unsecure.Note on fridge says content on vacation.App crashed.SSL and OOPS messages.Customer service reps are liars and incompetents.Blame everything from the server to Apple.A rep name ''Arnie''promised to call back Sunday.New she was lying!Sears doesn't even know who to call for service.Samsung is a ? company!


Update: It's fixed!

We are now able to sign in and have been able to add multiple users. It's working fabulously and we are loving it! The one thing I'd like to see different is if more than 6 users could be added, as we are a family of 7. Otherwise, it's pretty neat!


Needs A Lot Of Work

The app on the Samsung refrigerator is 'ok' at best and really only because there's no competition. The app has potential, but it REALLY needs additional work. The refreshing of the app is a huge joke, meaning, for example, each day it shows the updated word of the day, a fact and a tip. To actually go into each and view/read what the full description is per, you need to continually 'click around' and 'submit' until the app essentially closes and refreshes itself - really? The calendars should connect to more calendar services (Apple for example). Overall, this app is pretty much the only option on the Samsung refrigerator to do what it does (that I know of) and it's a POOR execution in all aspects. Rework it, focus test it, then release a much needed update, ASAP or bury it.

The list of bugs is endless. We thought this would be really helpful and fun but it's garbage and aggravating. No help from lowes or Samsung. They just point their fingers at each other and leave you stuck. If you are buying a Samsung fridge based on the neat stuff they tell you at Lowes you will be disappointed. Get a normal fridge save a ton of money and frustration!
