The App doesn't work

It just doesn't work. Can't log in, can not create an account. Can not send in email from the refrigerator.

Wanted to love this but...
Poor download

I bought this fridge specifically for this functionality. Unfortunately it needs some serious upgrades. Each child needs their own email to add events on the fridge...and I have young kids that don't have email yet...so that's suboptimal. In addition you can't change the event from the fridge, or change the user. You have to log back into the app to change it. Also, the log ins don't always work, they time out and don't let you log in. For a super expensive fridge this app is super disappointing :-(

Just received our fridge and we were so excited to use this. However we can't even set it up because the fridge won't get passed the welcome screen. It just freezes. So we can't even see how to setup a user. Nothing works. No way to troubleshoot. Very disappointed.

It says to type in a 6-digit code found on your Samsung fridge or in your email... I never received an email from Samsung.

We have a Samsung refrigerator that we had to exchange due to a compressor problem. On the first fridge, StickiBoard worked adequately. Not great. However, with the new one, it doesn't work at all. I get weird error messages anytime I try to sync my gmail calendar with the app. To make matters worse, I've emailed StickiBoard at the address they provide in the app. Not only have I had no response after several emails, but today I also received a return email stating that the email address they listed is no longer a valid email address. So what is a person to do except give 1 star and leave a review about how crappy the app is? Don't waste your time on this one.

It took me 5 minutes to get the Samsung fridge working with this app and connect to a smart phone. This app will link with your Office 365 or Google calendars so if your smart phone has either of these options linked into the native calendaring app of the phone, you are all set. Anything on your smart phone will be mirrored on the fridge and vice-versa. The latency time for new items to be reflected in the other device is under 30 seconds. Every household is different so how you choose to implement the number of users accessing the fridge would be up to you. For those with very young children, maybe just the head(s) of household add/edit. For those with children with smart phones, enable them.
