To many PHD’s have their hands in this app’s pot LOL development wise,,,this app has the potential to be a very good tool however it is not because all of the features don’t work ie I signed up for daily motivationals and have yet to see 1 delivered to me NOT ONE but I see an in-depth acknowledgement credibility section to all the PHD’d who developed this app,,,and you can bet that worked and was clear to read,,,DON’T DO US VETS ANY FAVORS WHEN GLORY SEEKING we have enough problems getting quality health care as it is, at least these DR’s can give us something we can actually use

This quit smoking app provided the tools to help me kick the smoking habit after 25 years. The biggest tool was identifying my triggers and implementing a detailed plan "AARM"(avoidance, alternative, replace, mental) . It also provided information on relapse( not to beat yourself up, immediately put out cigarette and recommit yourself and analyze that new trigger and implement the plan. And last it provided information on medications to quit smoking.

Thank you for creating this app. There are some personal flaws I see. There in no way for me to go into the app and re-open or open a motivational messages. I do get a notification but am unable to open it fully to see the entire message. There is no way to go to the app and open it. I would also like to be able to share the messages and am unable to. Nothing can be share in the app right now. I do like the fact that it can figure up how much I am saving. However I would like to share that information. There are tools, guides/plans for triggers and so much more. If you could add the request I have the I would see this app as being top notch.
