I like the app, just wish that it would allow to pick both dint and scratch, the other issue I had was with the VIN not scanning the bar code “, but at least you have the option to snap a pic, the outline of the vehicle to align take a moment to get use to using. Overall not a bad way to file a claim remotely.

It worked great my only complaint is that you can’t upload existing photos that have already been taken. Also it would be nice to be able to upload a PDF of the estimate versus having to print and take a photo of each page. I had already uploaded pics and the estimate to State Farm’s website so it was a bit frustrating to have to do it again.

I am not to tech savvy, especially with phone apps. This was so simple anybody over 60 can do it. My daughter is used to helping me with apps and computer stuff but even surprised her when I did this by myself. Thank you State Farm. Only problem is finding a nickname no one else has used?
