Poor communication

There was an error in transferring money from my checking account and no one from the company sent even an email to explain anything. Months went by and when I tried depositing money i realized it wasn’t showing only for them to reply after I sent an email asking saying that some error that happened months ago caused my account to be in the negative! You would think an email or some form of communication would go out to alert users of something like this considering how many emails you send about every other thing! Poor experience from stash and it’s been an ongoing hassle trying to rectify this. Edit: I have been trying to get this rectified for a month now and nothing has been done besides the generic response to reviews that I just got
Money stolen and no follow up

My debit card has been compromised and Stash has not done much to get the money they allowed to get stolen from my debit account
