I’ve been with stash now for almost 2 years and I haven’t had any issues. I’m slowly reaching my goals which I could add more money to reach the goals earlier but I’m ok with just being able to save for once.. So would I recommend this to someone else yes!! Start!! somewhere start with Stash!!
Poor customers service

I love STASH
Bold Enough 4 now
STASH has provided a fun and easy way to invest in fractional shares. This app allows one to handle all aspects of checking, brokerage and Roth accounts as easily as one could on a full-sized PC. I am a fan.
Not Happy

Although my stocks are not huge at all, I’m very unsatisfied at the fact I sold a stock more than a month ago and $4.60. It shows in my personal portfolio, but I can’t reinvest it, can move it… I have literally no access to it. I’ve tried contacting Stash and only get someone online who provides no help as to how I can either reinvest it or cash it out to spend on my stash debit card… so frustrating, I actually stopped investing with stash because of the experience!!
Great app, poor customer service

The app and the idea are great, but the customer service is not helpful at all. I just reached out to someone on the customer service team, and he Didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. He almost seemed bothered for reaching out for help.
