Can’t cancel from mobile device even when company was contacted. I don’t have a desktop computer so apparently I’m stuck with it. ?

I never received the free trial... Since i didn’t receive the trial... I deleted the app! I’m still getting charged for SEVERAL months with no service to this app. Only taking my money and not providing the service... It hasn’t been downloaded on my phone in over a year.

I'm absolutely in love with the series, so I paid for a subscription and downloaded the app. You get to watch the episode before it airs and it's really easy to use. As for other programs, I wish you could search instead of scrolling through. Five stars for Outlander, though.

Can't watch downloads

Trying to watch episodes that I downloaded, but when I click on the episode nothing plays. The screen then turns green. Used to love this app, but it is frustrating that I can't watch my downloaded episodes since this new update.
