Not cohesive

I signed up for Starz through my Amazon Prime account. I’m told that because I signed up this way, I can’t access my Starz account independently of Amazon. So I pay for a Starz subscription but I can’t watch it on the Starz app? Seriously? This is a major flaw. So now I have to close a Starz account, so that I can open another Starz account. So that I can watch the same Starz shows on the Starz app. Ridiculous.

I don’t ever write reviews but felt obligated to do so for this app. Every other app like showtime hbo etc...... are simply garbage. STARZ on the other hand is amazing downloads are quick app layout is well thought out playback is great and there’s support for the iPhone X. Thank you for this app!!

When you try to contact starz about cancellation your subscription they take long time to get back you. It’s been over 4 months that I cancelled my subscription after trying it for 1 week free trial and they are still charging me $8.99 a month!!!! It’s ridiculous!!!! Never again will I download the app to try the free trial again.

Got this because we are huge outlander fans. Works great, rarely do we have any bugs and the show stops. Pleased. We have Charter for service

Trip out of state and I was going to miss episode 7?. I remembered I had the Starz app?! I did not have to wait a week to watch the next episode ?! The app is GREAT!!!
Video won’t play anymore

Ever since the app updated, I can open it, i can see what’s supposed to be available to watch, but i can’t watch anything. Not on WiFi, not on LTE. Not on my phone, not on my iPad, not on my computer. It looks like it’s trying to load until the device times out and goes to sleep. No show will load. I’ve shut the devices off and turned them back on, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’m up to date on operating systems. The app just won’t load. I pay monthly for an app that does nothing but show me what I can’t watch. I’m so frustrated.
Billing is horrible and won’t stop

I have called on multiple occasions to stop billing me and every month the still do. STAY AWAY!!!! By the way, I was billed once again. They just won’t stop. Good God!

Provocative. Wouldn’t have watched something like this normally, but was a fan of Riley Keough (she was fantastic!), but even more a fan of Steven Soderbergh’s. Not sure I like this season’s content...will have to wait and see! ? Thanks for asking, though!
