Constantly crashes

Loved doing this with my young daughter. Worked great for a long time. Now crashes every other Pack. Very disappointed.
Crashes all the time

After their last updates it crashes all the time and takes my credits without getting the cards. I contacted their support staff, but never heard back. Most of my friends and I have moved on from this app. Too bad. It use to be a fun little break in my day.

Please read this @Topps. I think everyone would enjoy the app a lot more if you added a mini game of some kind and you were able to get coins from the game that you would then be able to buy more cards because let’s face it there’s not that much to do on the app and people don’t want to spend money on just images.

This app has become a nightmare. Constantly crashing on one tablet but works fine on another. All of the good cards now require diamonds to get. Free players used to be able to get something good every now and then. Now good cards in credit packs can be 100,000 coins a pack at 1:30 odds (and who knows what formula they use for odds). Dad was banned for “suspicious trading” while people still sale these virtual cards on eBay (which is against the rules) and nothing gets done to them. Does Disney even care what Topps is doing, and losing fans because of it?

this game when it came out was great, but since i’ve came back everything is just too much. too many cards, too many packs, too many greedy people. go back to the old format and put out less cards. stop being another cash grab app.

I’m writing a second review here since TOPPS never gets back to their customers. I have been using this app for about 3 years now and the only reason I’m still using this app is because of the money I put into it. Yes my choice but I thought at least the company would fix or improve the user experience. Unfortunately this is not true or not do they make any attempt to fix problems with the app it seems these days or make any mention of acknowledging any problems despite all the complaints on the feed. UNRESOLVED ISSUES OVER PAST FEW YEARS: A) This app causes your phone to freeze or crashes almost every time you every use app. I’m using a iPhone X by the way. B) Purchasing crystals can malfunction and you end up purchasing more than you intended. C) Card collections are often in random orders and just an unorganized mess and shows you to have more dupes of cards than you actually have causing trade confusion D) Admin decides to suspend or delete comments not according to their community guidelines. Maybe if they communicated better with their users these things would not happen. If you do inquire about any issues they only have ONE answer.....we are looking into it. E) The App performance only gets worse and worse and pretty soon I don’t think this app will function at all. Overall this App is absolutely horrible. It’s run terribly and it’s really only become a cash grab. They constantly put out new cards to chase and constantly avoid answering any questions or bother getting back you aside from “we are looking into the issue” I’m a huge Star Wars fan and highly disappointed with how they decided to run this company and literally cheat their users. It’s sad because I have also spent a lot of money on Physical Topps collector cards as well and now I pretty much can’t stand Topps or anything they stand for. It’s very clear that they have Zero regard for their customers. It’s so bad you almost feel as they are laughing at you. Don’t believe me take a look at the majority of the reviews.
