Returned to the app after a few years away and was disappointed at what I found. One of the most expensive apps I’ve ever downloaded... the crystal set up is an absolute joke, especially since most new card sets are seemingly retreads of previous releases. If I didn’t have so much $$ tied up in it, I’d have walked away long ago. You can do better Topps.

Updating my 1 star review any time Topps updates this app so it continually posts. Used this app for 3 years, all my hard earned currency is completely useless as they switched to a mode specifically forcing users to pay real cash for pictures. I’d be ok with IAP but the move from one currency to another screwed me over. I no longer open this app anymore, but still get hundreds of spam emails per week from the shady practice of selling my email address. DO NOT USE. DO NOT REDEEM ANY OFFERS.

Day Oneish...

Love the app and have been on it since day oneish. There are a few issues and technical glitches here and there but nobody is perfect. Don’t like the “do you like the app” pop up that appears until you write a review but other than that and some greedy traders I love the app.

I spent $100 to collect teal cards and then Topps released 144 more teal variants. This app is not for kids unless they have rich parents. Topps has made a serious effort to offer free packs (credit packs in the app). In retrospect, I should have hit every comic book shop in the tri-state area and BOUGHT the actual vintage StarWars cards! On the plus side, I am developing a killer instinct for trading commodities.

Love all the topps apps. Fun way to collect without keeping warehouses full of physical cards. All 8 of the topps apps are lots of fun but very addicting

This is a great app. Only recommendation would be more free packs for inserts, non open edition.

Very fun and addictive. However... I feel there should be a way to obtain “out of stock” cards. I realize that that’s part of the trading cards point. But I have found that people hold on tight to some of the best cards. I can’t afford gems so I miss out on a large portion of the best cards. I know your supposed to trade for the “rare” cards and that’s part of the experience. Why not at least give a higher chance of pulling a rare from each pack or possible a card store swap. Love the game but feel really left out on permanent guard on the 5th perimeter of Hoth... Peace Michael

I used to log in 10-15 times a day, it was exciting trying to get new cards and trading. Now it’s most certainly the biggest cash grab I have ever seen in a game. Already uninstalled, very sad to see Topps absolutely ruin this game.
