Lousy search engine

I absolutely love the Star Tribune newspaper but the app not so much. I look for today’s stories to post on social media. Not only are they not there often, but even when I search USING THE EXACT HEADLINE from the paper, they aren’t found and random stuff from months or years ago shows up instead. Needs a lot of work....
Glitchy app with nothing but very old news

it's too bad the strib lost its tech savvy -they were the first to make money online. but now i only have this app because i need a local paper -despite the malfunctions and all of the news being very old by the time they deliver it on the app
Searching for obit

I tried using the app this morning to search for a specific obit and it did not work. I then tried to submit a report to website help and clicked submit five times and the app froze up.
Articles Don’t Load

At least half the time, articles in sections other than the front page, never load. Ridiculously frustrating. Then I have to go to the website and work with that version. What good is the app!?!!?
Freezes when attempting to scroll on iPhone

I’m not sure what happened, but scrolling through stories on a brand new iPad Pro or iPhone Pro is choppy and sometimes freezes up for seconds at a time. I’d like to see you get it together and produce a high quality app, especially since I’m a paying subscriber.
Almost unusable

Every time I open this app, it takes about 20-30 seconds before scrolling works. Then it will suddenly stop scrolling for another 10-20 seconds. Even when it is scrolling, it’s so choppy that it hurts. This didn’t use to happen. Use to be smooth and responsive. And I’m running the app on an iPad Pro, which should have plenty of power to handle it. No excuse for this.
Constantly freezes

I’ve had this app for quite a while and have been very pleased until a couple of weeks ago when it started freezing up every time I attempt to use it. At best it is very, very slow, but lately I’m lucky if I can read one article before it freezes. I am extremely frustrated because I just renewed my subscription for a year and now I can’t read the paper online because this app won’t work properly. Please fix this issue ASAP.
