Careful - Update Eliminates Gifts

I hate app updates that don’t explain all of what they do. This one says it introduces new content, none of which show up right away, though I expect them to be unveiled in the normal course of gameplay. What is immediate and is not disclosed AT ALL in the update details, is the elimination of the ability to both send and receive gifts. If you want to update, be careful to do it only after you’ve received your gifts and then say a fond farewell to your game friends as you send them your final gifts.

Other reviewers must not play much. Given time no need to spend money. Been playing over 2 years and got all but 3 characters. Lots of variety and frequent events and content upfates

Needs freeze fixes

I agree with previous reviews. I love the game and would like to play a lot more but the game freezes a lot and then negates that session unless you replay it. Please fix these issues because I do not want to loose the whole game!!

Fun and easy to play

If you love Star Trek this is the game for you. Play it for hours on end or just to pass the time waiting at the checkout. Doesn’t cost you a penny unless you want to reward great programmers for making great games. You can get everything by just playing the game.

Tech glitch

I love this game. The issue I have is that it overheats my iPhone X often. I have to play it on my iPad. Even the iPad gets warm. Please fix this glitch and I’ll give you five stars.

Won’t open

I’ve had a recent issue where the game always asks for me to sign in to ITunes. Even when I do, the game will not load. I have to delete it and redownload the game to be able to play. As soon as I close it out, ask to sign in to ITunes again. This is a fairly recent development. Needs to be fixed, I really liked this game.

This app always has issues....every time you try and connect with support, you get no response, or some generic we don’t care response. Gifting has stopped working on iPhone, they don’t notify anyone of issues that are being fixed, the players usually end up being far more helpful than the developers....don’t spend your money on this

Alliances do what again?

Been playing for about a year, joined an alliance, can’t chat with them, plan with them or even figure out why an Alliance helps.
