What the hell?

I had this app before it updated. Now, it won't recognize my account and I lost all the books I had previously purchased (with real money). Can you fix this, IDW dev team? Because right now, you're worse at tech support than Cryptic. And Cryptic is more like Crypturd.

Perhaps if Comixology hadn't been so dumb and greedy, IDW would still be associated with them and not went with madefire that has resulted in a mess of a display format, MISSING PURCHASES, and NO MORE GUIDED VIEW which means iPhone readers are out of luck.

Can't connect to my old account, have to create a new one. When trying to read gets fully downloaded start reading, but then errors and says can't download. Won't let me access downloaded file. Layout is bad, see NO improvements over the previous version that worked perfectly. Why "fix" things that aren't broken?

While the app does work for me in terms of account and downloads, the downloads have gaps, and some pages of the wrong comic in them. The app is clearly looks like a beta product.

This update is awful! Everything looks different, half of my comics have turned into something else.. Did I mention I got this app and paid so much on it to read comics and not to watch them! I absolutely loathe Madefire and one of the reasons I downloaded this app is not to get all the motion but the actual original art! Besides, everything looks so different and whatever, if I keep ranting people will loose interest in my comment. Bring the old version back please?

You took a great ap and made it trash. Not worth downloading. Unfortunately I lose all the books I purchased as other book readers don't see the IDW purchases. Thanks for absolutely nothing. WAIT! There is something... Thanks for wasting my money.

It's a pain to have to sign up for the madefire, or whatever it's called. You can still download previous purchases, the new layouts annoying, as is the user interface. Thankfully I don't read a bunch of IDW, so when I stop using the ap I won't be out much in the way of reading time...

Awful update. The flow of the comic is frustrating. I now have to zoom myself. It used to be seamless, but the update makes reading them frustrating.

I agree with 7. Terrible review. This current version doesn't allow you to read the comic without having to zoom in to each panel - very annoying! Please correct this in your next upgrade!!!!
