After update it won’t take the password

Idk what you guys did but the app won’t let me log on I reset the password and still nothing it erased my info and settings that were already established
Last update was bad
Frustrated sims fan
Just got an update and lost all connections to my cameras. Now, I can’t even connect my cameras. How are we supposed to feel safe and secure if your stuff don’t work?

I was down to 1 camera that still was recognized by the software, now software doesn’t like my WiFi name. Looking at other brands and software.
What happened. Everything gone.

It has been working fine for 2 years and received an update today and app doesn’t see any of the cameras. Everything is gone. Looks like it was first installed. I just noticed if I logout and then back in itsees my name and login but only keeps trying to load. i would give this ap 5 stars till today. Is there a fix being done today?
App update is no good

The app update caused my Sricams not to show up. App crashes and goes back to home screen. I wish I could revert back to previous version.

After the update it deleted our camera we had to go back in and set it up. Pain in the butt to set up
4.6 Update renders app useless
Ba Ba Booey!
After updating to 4.6 I can no longer see my cameras. Logging out and then logging back in only makes the app crash. Please address, as there seem to be a few reviews on here reflecting the same, or similar issue.
