Last update lost everything

Terrible update Lost all configurations on the security setup at my vacation home and now I have to travel 2hrs to reconfigure my entire system. Total garbage.

After the latest update, all of my cameras are gone yet I’m getting alarm notifications for cameras I don’t own, even when signed out? What gives?! Fix this!

It stopped working completely. It used to work only on wifi and now it doesn’t work for nothing. I tried to reset the password but it is not connecting to my wifi so cannot change password either

I have no idea what is going on with your app. All my cameras are deleted and once all camera reset, password and device password change when you logged out and log in again nothing is there again. add camera all over again? it is different when you have android and the ios app. ios app everything is gone also. please fix it.

My sp013s offline after updated. I guess there is something wrong with the WiFi. Plz check it.

Have had issues with accessing cameras, re-adding cameras and setting WiFi back up on cameras. Now it seems no matter what password I chose Sricam doesn’t like it. You get what you pay for!!
Camera don't work

Please fix...removed and added camera back and still doesn't work. Tried everything from restarting and reinstalling the app.
