I’m writing this review to let y’all no about the customer service that they provide . You can’t Get in touch with them they email you back when they want to . In they charge your card whenever they want to ! I canceled my service two months ago in they still charging me .everytime I email them they play stupid and dumb . In tell you they will get back to you . Which they never do . I am just going to get a new card ! Warning do not give your card for this Service. They will charge you even if you cancel ! WARNING DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE FROM THEM !

You can only communicate with a live chat PERIOD. And you have to start from scratch every time which is timely and frustrating. But they can never get any issues resolved and “escalate” to someone who never contacts you and then every email they have listed on site bounces back as bad address. They do not have a phone support. Live chats take an hour for a few sentence conversation. Sometimes I have to leave for work and have to start over when I get home So far it’s taken 3 weeks to get it working. I’m already invested with device I cannot return but I do NOT recommend. Awful costumer and technical support.

I started tracking my son many years ago when he got in trouble. He’s been on the right road ever since, but if he doesn’t answer my text, I just look him up on the GPS see where he’s at and I can sleep at night. It’s been a heart saver and this device is very old now and has never let me down. There’s a small monthly charge and it’s worth every penny to have peace of heart. The magnetic case has never let me down either. This app is wonderful - one touch and it is on target! Thank you for bringing me so much peace!!!

It's not working fine when the app starting , it took a long time loading and doesn't work , should be close it and open it many time to can work. Should be fix the issue.
App Only works when connected to WiFi

A tracking app isn’t very useful if you have to be connected to WiFi. Why no cellular connectivity? Useless really.

The app crashes every time I try to use it. Very disappointed. I'm using an iPhone 5s.

Please find something else because this application is useless and this company is a joke, with the cost associated to their services and devices they can't even build something worth it.
