I am so fed up with these hidden costs - 25.00!A MONTH FOR BASIC SERVICE???? and its not reliable . I paid for the service.. BIG MISTAKE.. this thing is not accurate- its not sending alerts and even the logs are not correct. I tested the device on my own car and I know when I turned my engine on... I know when it was supposed to send alerts.. not one alerts were ever sent... nothing on the logs was accurate. Would love a refund , but I hear customer service is awful and I am not a very patient person .
Stops? Can’t find them.

I hope the developers read this. I tried to use your help section on the app and got nowhere. What I want to know is how come when I ask the app for stops only, I get wild diagonal drawings with no stops indicated. Am I missing it.? Then I tried to email the developers. No luck there either. I have Outlook And your app will not allow me to email you. Please help. I will update my review based on your response.

I have used Spytec for years and utilize 7-10 of their GPS units. For the price they are the best. Today I had an issue with a reactivation and my rep Steven was just outstanding... and I’m hard to please. I only wish they had live tech support. When that happens they can conquer the market.
