Sharing Option

So I’ve contacted support plenty of times and can’t seem to get the the sharing option fixed. I can’t invite anyone to the app with my share code even though I get countless notifications telling me to invite people. Before the update I was able to invite people, now I can’t !! Please fix!!

Say u get $3 credit but it still charges u full price don’t like that clicked on to use the credit but it didn’t apply it haven’t started yet but already not working correctly not a good start

Simply because I bet small amounts of money, I don’t hit snooze and actually wake up to exercise. Easy to use and motivating. Love the app!

Im changing my review from 1 to 4 stars. Costumer service addressed the issues I had pretty quickly. They also had an update and now the app is syncing really well. It’s been a couple of weeks since the update and the app is working like a charm for me. I’m excited that its much better and now all I have to worry about is stepping! Thank you for your swift responses.

I really like that this app has reasonable cost to help give me incentive to make my step goal attainable. One thing I would like to have is real time feedback as to how many people are still completing their goal.
They don’t pay winners (and the app doesn’t work)

I participated in one of their 8500 step challenges for 6 weeks and met the requirements to get the prize. It has been 4 weeks and I am still yet to receive anything — ultimately causing me to be down the $29 wager I put in. Furthermore, anytime I log into the app it infinitely loads so I can’t check on any information. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP

App is constantly cutting off. I payed to be in a 7500 step challenge my taken but I wasn’t added to the challenge. That is completely ridiculous. The app even documents taking the money and putting it towards the challenge but I wasn’t added to the challenge. Smdh terrible app.
