Failed me even when I won

I entered a game 2 weeks ago, reached the goal every day but my two rest days and I was told I won. The app updated and now it keeps telling me I failed. But I have proof I reached the goal. And customer support is of no use, hasn’t emailed me back and it’s been days.

This new update has the app using my location when I leave the app so there’s that blue status bar that stays on my phone until I force close the app. Please fix this.

The app was great did a challenge then noticed my stats cleared out and I contacted customer service/support. Got the rudest email back from Agent S. Instead of being completely rude in the response they could have said there is one more day left to finalize the challenge for payout. Now when I sent the email, I was thinking today was the 1st, when actually the 31st, so I was one day early that part totally my bad, but the person didn’t have to respond like a complete jerk! There is no customer service these days!

Best way to motivate yourself

This is the best way to motivate yourself. I was skeptical at first and after trying this for several times, it really made me go out and walk daily to meet the goal.

So I downloaded this and tried my first game. 7500 steps. I came in at #5 out of 280-something people. I logged in everyday and then it ended. I don’t understand how it really works yet I guess. I thought since I hit my goals that I was gonna get some $$ out of it. But When I checked it said all winners got $0. Why would I pay $19 to get nothing back when I hit my goal? I don't think I’m going to try this app again.

I had rated it it one star because the app has major problems but support has been pretty good about fixing things to where they need to be. I have faith we that with some updates the system will be good too

I’ve using this app consistently for the past servers months. It’s working great with my Fitbit and love the fact that I can link up my Fitbit to this app. I absolutely love this app!!! 5 stars
