Loving the classic rock running, have been using it for a week and no repeats yet. Great selection of music! I set my goal pace and the miles and minutes just fly by!

Loved my fast walk with Spring the beat was perfect, kept with it didn't slow down!!!

I workout 6 days a week and found spring to be the best source of music for me. Picking your pace and narrowing down the songs that work for are just a few of the amazing benefits. Don’t know how I ever ran before I had Soring?

Great motivation to move!

Spring provides music to match my pace (walking or running). The music motivates me to get moving and keep moving for longer than I would otherwise. My only request is for them to have more older (much older) music, day from the 60’s and 70’s for older users. Love this app!

Poor rotation of song selection

The songs were looping too frequently. They need a better quantity to loop per genre. I was tired of it half way through ly workout.

I’m not a runner— I’m a walker .. and I ha e used this app over the last year to help me continue to push myself. In the last year, I’ve worked to lose 100lbs. And while it was not just this app, I know it helped me to go from a 23 minute mile to a 15 min (and lower my resting heart rate felt m 83 to 65 BPM). Well worth the subscription...only request is to add a few non running training plans please!

I’ve been using Spring for a while now, and it’s one I always return to every time I lace up for a run. The interval option lets me set duration and speed, and then it plays music I like to keep me at the pace I want. Without this app, I would always slow down or give up, but the beat really does keep me going longer and harder!

Good app but too much old music
