Keep on pace – Spring Running Music Review

I’m not a runner— I’m a walker .. and I ha e used this app over the last year to help me continue to push myself. In the last year, I’ve worked to lose 100lbs. And while it was not just this app, I know it helped me to go from a 23 minute mile to a 15 min (and lower my resting heart rate felt m 83 to 65 BPM). Well worth the subscription...only request is to add a few non running training plans please!
