Sudden problem???

Ok, I love this game, everything about it. But today, day two of having it, when I went to open the app it just gave me a black screen, not the loading screen. I don’t know what’s going on???

App no longer opening

Not sure how else to report this. But it seems like after yesterday’s update the app will no longer open for me. Simply boots up and loads the bar and then quits. Have tried a phone restart but no avail. Help!

It was a 5 star game till last update. But The problem with the update was quickly fixed and I have restored the game to 5+ stars.
Updated version didn’t open - Customer service exceptional

I updated just now and now app won’t open. Contacted Customer Service and was amazed at the quick and helpful response. Updated my stars to reflect how pleased I was.

This is my second time playing this game. I have spent money to keep the squid around to make extra 10 points every day the game all of a sudden has a glitch I have been trying to download this game for the past three weeks to finish where I left off to no avail I am so upset because I might have lost everything cannot get in touch with anyone to fix what I lost so I’m giving this game one star?
