Fun game but glitchy

Saturday's Warrior

This game is fun and learned a lot. Played for almost 2 years before my last game started being glitchy and frequently shut down. It wouldn’t start when opening. Made a lot of progress and lost it all. Now have to rebuild. Not happy about that.

I have been in contact with the support team but not getting any corrective action. I have invested money in this game and I feel I have been getting the run around. I love the game it’s self. But very frustrated with the support team.


Crashes often

I’ve purchased many items, spent a lot of real money.. but the game crashes constantly. Most of the time these (crashes) occur during the two week special events, which makes purchasing event boosters pointless because you lose whole days of gameplay. I’m super frustrated and may eventually delete, although I’ve come so far.

I love the peacefulness of the game. The graphics are gorgeous! I even put money into the game but it’s very frustrating how long it takes to get the keys and you need them for so much. Right now I have slots for about 10 keys and it takes me about two weeks to even get one. So I will probably end up deleting this Game from my iPad because of the lack of progress. Another frustrating thing is how rare it is to finally get a gem stone that you actually need. And you need those for decoration slots and to make some fish and you can go a week without getting one easily.

Really, this game is good. It’s calming. I get to take care of fish without killing them. And bad, because my daughter says I’m addicted to this game. Lol. So in general, it’s all good. Now my only problem is, I can’t open the game anymore. It says “checking for updates” and then it says “there was an error downloading updates”. That’s about it. Hopefully this is just a temporary issue. Overall, good app.

I’ve been blocked from support team. So if I lose all my progress or lose some stuff or whatever there’s no way I’m gonna get back they won’t answer anywhere not in their email not in the games please talk to them I’m sorry for hammering you very upset I put $200 of the games and this is what I get. Please talk to your people I’m probably blocked from here now not good not good not good. Nothing but problems with the company support in the games I love the games but nobody cares anymore I put $500 into your games and this is how you treat me support don’t answer I don’t know why you’re doing this to people. Don’t forget we are the one to keep you in business. These games have been crashing freezing not saving and even in a crisis you don’t help I can get through to support they won’t answer anymore with the performance I don’t know why. As we have mentioned many times, your game is linked to your Facebook so your reinstall will not lose your game.
