It kept saying that a new version of app is available.

No. The notice kept popping up and it blocked me from using the app. I already updated the version to the newest one- this is frustrating.

By looking at the reviews, the App update bug has been around for more than a week. Yet it’s still not fixed and literally this app is in dead mode. Whatever reasons this is a mission critical deficiency and should be solved within hours if not days, let alone weeks.

Even after I deleted the APP and reinstall the APP. Any idea what’s going on?

The app keeps asking me to download the newest version even though my app is already up to date. This is a serious bug which should have been fixed promptly, but it seems no actions have been taken so far. The bug prevents me from using the app and I am extremely annoyed.

I tried Marriott app, and I really don’t like it. The SPG app clearly indicates “Home” “Book” “My account” and “More”. Please keep this app&SPG website. I even tried to search a hotel on Marriott website, its https connection got hijacked by the ISP(cox), so every time I hit the search button on Marriott page, a new tab with a website named “roomkey” will popup. Never had this issue on the SPG website before. PLEASE keep all the SPG app and website or at least let the SPG IT team take over.
