This app described exactly what I wanted to do. Downloaded it, ran it, it came up with "No WiFi Connected" and that is all it will do, nothing else. And of course WiFi is already on and connected. Big disappointment.

Signup of teams at the beginning isn’t very intuitive for new users. App works well during trivia. Wish team names could include emoji or special characters...

The app starts and indicates that no WiFi is detected, despite the fact that the phone is connected to a WiFi and the SpeedQuizzing program is running on my Mac, and both devices share the same network connection. Since there are no options to configure the app the application right now is pretty useless. Please update.

Of course, you need to be connected to a SpeedQuizzing WiFi network to run the app. Not sure if those that have indicated it doesn’t work understand that. It works great when you are at a venue where SpeedQuizzing is being played. I like the new features. Makes it easier to enter names and pick buzzer songs.
App is confusing and laggy, Quiz makes no sense

Some things just shouldn’t be done via an app on your phone. Our local bar switched from Tommy, an older guy who loved putting on trivia night with written answers; to this random lady with a dumb confusing app that doesn’t work very well and is HORRIBLY explained. Do not recommend, if you go to play trivia and this app is what they are using, save yourself a 1.5 hours and leave the bar. If you are a bar/restaurant owner, don’t sign up for this. Stick with the tried and true method of running a trivia game via paper.

The guy using this app for sending questions allowed some groups to cheat by using google but others aren’t allowed, though I guess being friends with the guy running the game gives you a better chance at winning.

Lacks a lot of basic explanation that would help a lot. Zero alert as to when questions are coming and inconsistent timing. Maybe this is due to the operator? Either way pretty poor experience

This is the most advanced and intuitive app for quizzers. Easy to use, customizable and that anti snoop feature. Wow! Thank you to the makers of the software
Won’t work with WiFi “smart steering”

Love the app. However since the latest updates, you must disable smart steering (if configured) on the host’s WiFi router. Otherwise, although devices are on the same network, a mix between 2.4gh and 5gh host/clients will cause failures to connect to host. So I have to make sure smart steering is off during trivia. Then turn back on when it is over. Never used to be that way.
