Love game but one ad glitches/freezes EVERY time that ad pops up!!!

The ad for the Wishbone "Mini Game Loading" is having glitch issues or something. This has NOT just happened once but it happens EVERY single time this particular ad pops up. It seems to just stop loading and freezes and will stay like that. I even tried exiting out of the app and opening it back up and that ad will still be there, frozen/in a glitch. The ONLY thing that makes it stop and gets me out of the glitched ad is to turn my whole phone off and turn it back on then open the app up again. I've now had to do this about five times just in the past hour or two to be able to play the game! It is extremely frustrating because I have to do it about every ten minutes (every time that particular ad pops up) and it takes a minute to restart my device. I have not had any problems at all with any of the other ads besides this one which is the Wish Bone Mini Game ad. Please fix as soon as possible! Thank you!

- Can't listen to music or background video while app is open, everything gets muted regardless of this game's settings. - RELENTLESS DAILY NOTIFICATIONS TELLING ME IT'S MY TURN WHEN IT'S NOT ACTUALLY MY TURN! - Suggested friends list is literally just a roulette wheel of people from my contacts, I don't even know if they have smartphones. - Feels like the app is designed more for advertising than fun. - Nobody plays this game because of the above reasons.
