It's clear that I haven't worked out in a long time. The 5 minute beginner workout kicked my tail. No props were needed, strictly all body weight, with each exercise clearly demonstrated as the workout counted down. Thanks for making it so easy. Now if only I could grow the Spartan beard.

I've wanted to get back in shape for a while now. I looked at this app and thought "Why don't I try it out?" Lemme tell y'all... the beginner workout kicked my booty. I plan to use this many more times. The demonstrations of the different workouts also was a good call.

Excellent for when I don't have access to equipment. A variety of workouts with motion picture visuals to easily see how it's done. Plus, it shows all the muscles that each workout targets. Beginners, pay attention to the postures in the gifs. Quality over quantity pays off in the long run.

The Beginner Workout does not work! Every time I try to start it the app just shuts down. In addition, the developers have never fixed the fact that playing music, like Spotify, during the workout, stop every time an interval bell goes off. Disappointing because I really enjoyed the workouts....please fix!

This would be a really good app if it had sound, a bell to begin a workout and a buzzer to end the workout. The ability to sort the workouts would be good too. Otherwise a descent app for when one travels and doesn’t have access to a gym.
