Every few games when I start winning the game, the "end turn" button makes the game crash. When it happens on four new games in a row it makes me suspect more to it than a mere bug.

I loved this game when it was out on the Macintosh platform. This version though does not work well. As some have said the interface is clunky at best. I think it would be better on an iPad but alas I am stuck playing this on my iPhone. The worst part is that it crashes all the time. I don't know what happened since the Palm version but that one worked so well and I never had a complaint about the interface. At the very least the crashes MUST be fixed and if the developer can be given an old Treo with Spaceward Ho on it then they can use that as the basis for the interface.

This is such a classic strategy game from the 90s which I have been waiting to show up on the iPad for some time. It is as addictive now as it was back in the day. It would be great to see some updates with new map styles and other options but other than that, the game is great.

Still love the game but I have to admit I was a little disappointed that the windows are not sizable or movable. An HD iOS version would be great just to get planets to not be just a mix of huge pixels. Also, the planets stay to large when zoomed way out. It looks so dense you can't really play from there imo. Another thing I can't figure out is how to change planet names. One more is the way fleets are moved. A better fleet window would be nice. Like the old one. It's only minor things that vets of the game will notice. The planet graphics hold back my 5th star. If that gets fixed, ill add it.

My master points stuck on the Rank of "Farmer" at 37 points and I should have over 200 by now. Otherwise love the game, much improved over the 1990's version.

Just like the original. I hope they add retina graphics, distinguish between planet classes better, and add a list of fleets, but I'm loving it.

Why are some game makers so hostile to the idea of providing explanations?
