I tap “view website” and it never loads. It would be nice to be able to view and even edit the mobile versions of my site from the app. Edited: I will rereview when my website is published.

Wix is really one of those platforms that is a love / hate relationship. On some levels, it is amazing and really shines compared with other web builders that doesn’t offer complete design freedom, but on another level it’s platform and app stores has limited options and those that they offer has limited design freedom. As for this app... when will it optimize for the UI for the iPhone X?

I've seen and used other quick start websites but wix has had my attention for 3 years. Everything is easy and fixable there's almost multiple ways to do anything u wanna try. It's great for a business just starting out, also for anyone who wants to design there own site. The app is great for monitoring your store it makes monitoring your website and cash flow easy from anywhere. It's the next level to doing online business.

WHY CAN’T I EDIT ON MY IPAD

Saying “currently, editing on mobile devices is not supported”is unhelpful and utterly vexing. I hardly ever have a computer around. I use my iPad for all my work. In this day and age, I ask you with tears in my eyes, WHY haven’t you implemented (a) an iPad version of this app; AND WHY haven’t you implemented editing on mobile devices? Surely with R&D, you can do these miraculous things? Surely? Many other website manager / builder companies have figured this out. Or alternatively, not taken a completely arbitrary and hateful decision against its customers (I AM A PREMIUM MEMBER). Please, please, please, for the love of all things holy, make an iPad app and implement mobile editing. Please, I beg you. Please, please? Pretty please?

I'm still waiting for an update that allows mobile editing on our sites. Uploading images is ok, but I can't add them onto my site until I get access to my laptop. Kinda pointless to have an app if I can't really work on my site on the go.

Wix has a huge amount of options when designing my webpage (form my desktop), which is awesome. The problem I’m having is, I’m often on the go and Wix is not IPad “ready”. Unfortunately I do not have the same functionality on my IPad Pro as I do on my desktop. Which I need. Secondly, there is an issue speed. I often ask for feedback of my page and slow speed is at the top of the list. Looking forward to greater improvements in the future, near future:)

So I took advantage of the 14 day trial period of the premium package and canceled it by phone before it was due to be canceled and they never canceled it. When I called to inquire as to why there were two $30 inquiries in the same month (let alone at all ) as well as a domain name that I paid $24.99 for that lasts for one year. A lovely man on the other line explained that all would be refunded and all I had to do was go online and submit a claim. Well, they denied my claims and when I called to talk to somebody they were super rude to me and said that if I bought these things I must’ve known that I was spending money and that they don’t know me anything. But the truth is like I said before I canceled my trial membership before it was due to be canceled and I was still charged $60! I was also told that I could cancel and be reimbursed for the domain name. The truth of the matter is I didn’t know what I was doing but the program just kept on guiding me! I don’t feel satisfied with the $30 that they gave me back… But you can’t find a phone number for them no matter how hard you try. Although for some reason I was able to reach a person at the number that I called. If you call that number now there’s no person on the other end. I’m going to have to contact the Better Business Bureau and can and file a complaint. I’m not going to be taken for a fool! The only good thing they do is it seems they reply to all reviews! That’s pretty much the only positive thing that I can say about them.
