Just downloaded, doesn’t work properly

I’ve just downloaded the app wanting to add more products to my site. However, I am not able to even upload pictures.

With every update the app just keeps getting better!

I am a huge Wix fan from the start, and this app is great for letting me know when someone is viewing my sites. I can give immediate help in real time to my visitors rather then having them contact me via my contact page on site(s). I know there are many other functions this app provides that are useful for store/sales I am very happy with Wix and love this helpful app.

this is a great, brilliant, website builder. So far I'm very happy with all the options I'm using, 98% done with site. It's almost as easy to use as an iphone. Anyone can have a beautiful site. Thank you so much WIX for making it so easy and actually fun!

First I web analytics in the app. And the bigger need is Wix Invoices needs to be added. I walish to do invoices on the road on my phone for clients in the app. Also I wish to be able to review analytics for that feature too. Please

I am not one to do stuff “on the fly,” so this app as is is moderately to minimally useful. (Ability to respond to comments and inquiries is helpful, but those also go to my email. However, it would be GREAT to be able to see and track analytics (stats). Wix Team, please make that available in all and you have a 5 from me.

The app has improved over the year I’ve been using Wix but I wish there was more capabilities like managing discount codes from the app. I also wish there was good add on for customers to leave reviews. I pay $30 a month but considering switching host as there are some downfalls. Overall, it does its job but for what I’m paying I think it could be more.

I would have given a higher rating. I get notifications on the app that a customer left a message but when I go to chat the customer is there but their message is not. I end up having to go to my computer to login and see the message. It inconvenient and a waste of time for me and my customers. There is also no way to contact Wix for support everything is automated.
