I like sci-fi games in general but this is definitely one of the best I've played so far. The soundtrack and sound effects are very good, the graphics are excellent, the interface is intuitive and the 15 campaign missions teach you the tricks of the trade. There are three endless modes each with four difficulty levels with fixed or random asteroid placement. These endless modes also allow you to gain points to upgrade your space station which you will need to succeed at the higher level missions and difficulty settings. I have not found someone else to play head to head against, so am not sure how good that part of the game is. Ultimately, you have to put a lot of thought in how you design your defensive structures. As for suggestions for improvement, I would love to have a way to set the massive torpedo weapon's target manually instead of only being able to turn it on or off to kind of allow this type of targeting maybe a three way toggle off-auto-man and when on manual mode you click the weapon once and then choose the direction to fire it like in a tank turret game. You would double-click the weapon to toggle the mode or to turn it off. On a grander scale, it would be super cool if there was a way to manage more than one space station at the same time in different sectors and have a way to transport crystals or parts from one to the other station, it would be nice to be able to engage the hyperspace drive to move the station to another sector in an endless mode like some of the mission campaigns imply are being done. It would also be nice if the head to head multiplayer capability worked over the Internet so that you could find people to play against easier... just a thought. Thanks for a great game. This game is cheap compared to the amount of playing time value I got out of it. I think this is my favorite game on any IOS device. My only complaint is that once you beat the campaign and have all of the add-ons upgraded to their max, their is little motivation left to continue playing, which is a shame since it is so addictively fun. I would love to see new add ons or true online mutliplayer. I would even happily shell out money for a sequel that had these features.

This game is awesome! One of the things I love is that I haven't beat it since i bought it a week ago! The AI is smart in such a way that it targets critical points in your web of power nodes. You absolutely have to constantly upgrade your stuff or you cant beat the campaign mode (Which I haven't). Defiantly one of the top 3 apps I have on my iPad! GET THIS. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

The true test of a game to me is whether I get sucked into it and forget time. Games like Civilization on the PC fall into this list because I'll start playing and completely lose track of time, eating, going to sleep, etc. This happened to me last night with SpaceStation - I started playing around 7:30pm and before I knew it, it was 12:30am and I had to get up at 5am... Curse you! If you like tower defense or RTS games - get it. You can't go wrong at 4.99.

I play this game quite a bit on the iPad. I love real-time strategy / tower defense games, and this one does not disappoint!

I got this game about a year ago and love it, but have competed the campaign and upgraded everything! Now there's no where to go. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE AN UPDATE WITH NEW CAMAIGN. But it IS a good game. Really like it.

The game is too difficult, so you have walk through the first levels many times. But for additional real money you can buy full advanced ammo. It appears to be another game designed to not allow you just to play untill you pay some additional money. First time you pay just to get the game and the another one time to be able to play without troubles. Why not to show the total price on the bill?

Very fun. Not as good as the other sentinel games but I think its limited by the nature of what it is. I ended up buying the upgrade to enable all the station upgrades. It was a good buy. It doesn't ruin the game like it thought it would.
