Please Fix This App

This app worked great and was a useful tool to keep our items on the shelf. Now it won't work at all; keeps giving me an error message when I try to pick my store and says try again. I updated my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and rebooted my phone. Still nothing. Very disappointed!!

When will the app work as designed

Willy0909

When app is working as designed, have no issues. Have not been able to login for over a week. When attempting to login, all credentials are correct, but when an attempt to locate store based on location service or typing in city name, an error message is displayed. As stated above, this has gone on for over a week. I would have thought that a company that has more computing power than the U.S Federal government this issue would have been resolved within the day or at most two (2) days. When app is working, there are very few issues and does as stated.

Nice, but...

While this app has improved, there is still much left to be desired. First it suffered during Apple's Update months back and it took this development team months to fix. Now that it is somewhat fixed, we still cannot create / print labels as an error code is persistant. It would appear that this app is not a priority for the development team and those of us who utilize this for our day to day work, are losing positive outlook for this as well as coupled with the lack of feedback from both the users and the Rockfish team. If I had better experience and knowledge in this field of creating a worthwhile and more powerful app to improve the work that is carried out everyday, I would. Let's hope something is done soon!

Mediocre at best

This app has only become worse with every update. Last year the store locator option was broke for months. The most recent update now logs you out automatically when you leave a store. A headache for those of us who visit 5-10 stores daily. It's slow to retrieve inventory data, printing often fails. If a store doesn't carry a specific item you're trying to scan for it gives you an error code instead of displaying a normal inventory screen with "0 on hand" When checking inventory at a store you're not close to, the app now gives the user two options and if you chose the wrong option you will need to log out and log back in the change stores again. I don't believe the developers actually speak with outside reps who use this app to make it better. Rockfish is coming up short, very short.
