My app stopped working about a week ago and I can not find anyone to help me to log in

Will not let me log on. I haven't change any password or email not sure what's wrong. App will not work again has an error after it spins around for a few minutes.

Would be nice to show if item is on Rollback with "was price". Would also be nice to have a "Binning" feature. Also can't pick an item unless exact case number.

App will not allow us to print anything put shelf labels on iPhone. Works correctly for other devices.

Since the last update, I haven't been able to do any picks because the app says it can't ascertain that I am in the store I'm in. I looked to see if there was a setting for allowing location access, but if there is, I can't find it...

App more user friendly with new upgrade. Saves a lot of time being able to copy and paste UPC's. Also enjoy not having to enter user name each time I sign into the app. Have had it cut off in the middle of use a couple times, sent error report. App seems unable to find me while in stores, so all functions disable except scanning a tag.

I do appreciate the ability to copy and paste, but the scanner capability is useless, as it is slower than camera. The constant crashing and logon issues have me wishing that they wouldn't have made changes at all. At this point I'd like to have the old, working app back.

This app use too work great,but has constantly crashed,and unable to allow picks to be done for a long while.Been down for a long time something needs to be done asap.
