Won’t turn on

I just bought it. But it seems not working with my iPhone. Wonder what’s wrong with it? I can not turn the app on. I clicked on it, and it shows only black screen . Is there any way I can use this app ?!
Garbage app

You exit out of the app, It stops recording. I was looking for an app which can record while you are browsing other apps on your phone or maybe lock the phone and it would still record and nobody would know. But this app is not like that. It works while you are on the app and it just makes the screen blank so that nobody would know that you actually recording and if you exit accidentally or hit the lock button accidentally. Video recording will stop.

This app is garbage and I’m upset I spent money on it. I was hoping it would be a “hidden camera” type deal but as soon as you leave the interface of the app it stops recording. It’s the same as using your camera except with an interface that screams “90’s web browser.”

Perfect for journalism! The only thing this needs is the ability to take raw photos, darker enviornents are hard to take photos in, if it saved in raw post processing would get what I need!!
No watch app?

Why can I not get the app for my watch? How do you use the watch to control it? I have an Apple Watch series 4 but it doesn’t show your app as available to download to the watch
Used it to catch a sexual predator

My 6 yo daughter was sexually molested, I bought the app and confronted the predator.He confessed, later denied saying anything . Video was given to police and case moved up to DA’s office.Predator made a deal and pleaded guilty. California.

It’s a Great App overall but my only proble it’s that I forgot my password and I don’t see an option to back up my videos before reinstalling, please help!

Please allow us to customize what button we want on screen. In full screen webpage, button is in the way and can’t click behind it.
