I love SW and it’s the only airline I fly. Been like that for years now.

Not the airline it use to be...

I’ve been flying with SW for years and have enjoyed traveling on this airline until recent months. Reason being: They are no longer flexible when it comes to travel funds (and this is the time to be, especially during COVID-19). The customer service agents due little to nothing to resolve issues/complaints. Lastly, they do not adhere to safety standards like their partnering airline (Delta). Due to SW’s lack of customer service and complaint resolution, it has has pushed me over to Delta.

I have become a loyal Southwest customer since the pandemic started. I feel safer with the extra space between passengers and with the other safety rules and procedures. The plane looks and smells clean.
