Love it but some bugs

I love this game so much but the only problem is that I cant get into the game when ever I tap the app it loads and then it says checking update info and then it will stay there forever.

I love the graphics, characters, game play and so much more. There is a lot going on and to do. However, that is a problem. This freaking game keeps crashing! I can't hardly do anything before it goes dark. Ugh!! Please fix it! This is a great game. I love Summoners War and it has issues to but, NOT this bad. Thank you and have a nice day!!
Freemium game + horrible customer serivce + glitches= why bother

This game is fun and addicting in the beginning but, in order to progress in the game you will need to pay to play. Like injustice but more subtle. They give you a bunch of free stuff and op Heros at the beginning and after leveling up a few weeks or a month you will find that progress will move extremely slow unless you start buying their packages. Anybody who's played will know exactly what I'm talking about. Customer service is a joke. Their common response is as follows: “We are very sorry we are unable to assist you with your request at this time. If you have any other concerns or inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime. Best of luck gaming and have a lovely day! Thank you. Nani_Com2us” This is a normal response to problems with the game and they automatically consider it case closed once you've received this response. You will get a lot of these responses for any and all submitted errors and glitches with the game. Trust me this game is riddled with them. It's really sad bc the only reason I downloaded this game was bc of my good experience with inotia, it's sad how far down this developer has gone. Honestly you're better off not downloading any games from com2us, all of their games have become blatantly freemium. Play at your own risk

There are way too many updates and every time there is an update there are multiple crashes and bugs. Takes over a week to get any response and you never get it fixed. Unless you’re free spending and have lots of cash DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!!

Rewards in battle go nowhere (they aren’t we’re the guide says). My added heroes seem to receive xp more than my lead hero. Without them they’d loose every battle. Could be fun but it’s just not in good enough. Very cluttered like a horder designed this game.
