The latest version preventing me from Logging in on iPad, because of the ui stuff.

This app was supposed to just be for finding friends i just got it because I saw an add of it so why not right? Well little did I know I’d be meeting the love of my life on it. We meet and started talking almost all the time ,letters at the top of our chat started to speed out soulmates and after a while of getting to know each other we started dating and we’ve been together since November 20th honestly it’s worth your time.

Y’all who is giving it a 5 star reviews gotta go, cause this app is honestly disgusting there so many catfish and people asking you to be there sugar baby. I had a incident where someone threaten to kill me just because I didn’t want to sent nudes. There even predators in this app so if your a minor you better consider downloading this app.

No Customer Service, Glitches

I made one purchase of 1800 soul coins for $4.99 and then later made one purchase of 360 soul coins for $0.99 because the 1800 coins did not appear in my SOUL account. So I did not think I was charged. However today the $4.99 was reflected on my Apple Pay statement, but not on SOULs app or coin history. There is no direct customer service and when I try to give feedback there is a service error. How will you fix this?

The images other people posted are only displayed blanks. I’m in America. I don’t know if other people in my area have the same problem. Images of other Apps are displayed well in my iPad.

This app it’s ok, not too bad. But there’s a problem I noticed lately. There’s connection problems occurs all the times. It kind bother me a lot. Whenever I resent, it’ll do that again, shows a little red exclamation marks. Obviously, it’s not my house WIFY problems. It works fine with the other problems. So not sure what’s up with this app here. I think you guys might need to check on that.

Many men! Especially Chinese men! They do sexual harassment to women! I use the phone for several times. And every time when I match a Chinese guy. He is rude. I don’t know why. Are there any good people in this app????

Needs a lot of editing

So I can see why some users would really like this app but I had a lot of problems with it. First, I can’t edit to only see profiles or posting from users above a certain age. Like I would love not to interact with teens but also any young twenty year olds. I just look at their baby faces and think…yeah I’m past that part of my life, we have nothing in common. Or at least a way to see someone’s age. Second I was matched with a lot of people whose primary language was foreign. I think that I should be able to ask to filter matches to languages that I understand. The chat rooms were interesting but again had the same language problem. I would pop in and they would be speaking a different language that I couldn’t understand. Also the matches seem flimsy. What are we bring match on? If we liked movies and outdoors? That is so shallow. Anyways, give it a shot but I just didn’t like this friend app.
