App does not work after update

Getting failed to read YouTube media Optional [Error Code 14] and will not play after most recent update. Sharing with family not accurate as they have to pay as well. It was nice while it worked.


Awesome App and Awesome Customer Service

I love to play music that iTunes, Spotify and even Amazon do not offer. Enter YouTube. I wanted to be able to play it on my Sonos system as background music in my home (These particular YouTube videos offers 9 hours of play). The solution: SonosTube. I had an issue with the app and the developer got back to me right away and fixed it. The correspondence was kind and helpful. Double bouns! Your SonosSystem experience is not complete without this app. Love it!

This app is easy to use. A must have for Sonos owners. I excited that this app worked so well. I listen too YouTube so much especially when I clean love how much easier this app makes things.

I remember when this app first came out how pleased I was to have it streaming to Sonos speakers. I did the trial and enjoyed it very much. However, shortly thereafter, it became mostly inaccessible for those of us who use assistive technology to read the screen. At that time, in a fit of peak, I rated this app a 1 star. It took a while, but the accessibility finaly got back to what it needed to be. I am now a happily registered user of the app and want to thank the dev for continuously updating the app. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star rating is the fact that the audio tends to buffer a good bit if you play videos in a playlist. Still, this is a great app and I would recommend it to any Sonos user.

Fails to play often , when it works, it’s great

The app doesn’t work every time. Fails to connect with YouTube and also with my Sonos system. Have the full paid version and installed and deleted it several times already. As I said in the title, when it works, it is great. I really hope they can fix these bugs because it is a great idea.


Worked smoothly for a week, the flop?

Downloaded the the app, paid for the full version when the 2 day trial ended, and it worked smoothly for 8-10 days. My iOS hasn’t varied since I downloaded & bought the app, and I’m running the latest version. WiFi Speed = 400gb connection. Wifi router = 4 months old & up to date. I’m never more than 15-20 feet away from the router in my nyc apartment. After the initial 8-10 days of purchasing the app and it properly functioning, now I’m encountering glitches and app freezes constantly when attempting to use several of the various features and functions built in. It is no longer an app I can turn on and use as advertised, without running in to freezing and glitching 5 times out of 10. If it doesn’t correct in the next week, mmm’callin Citi Bank & having a refund processed. -I try to fast forward a video, it freezes up and refuses to play. -I try to refresh a video, it freezes up and refuses to play. -I try to quit the app, go in to airplane mode for 30-60 seconds, then restart the app... but it seems to never correct the glitchiness or freezing/unresponsiveness. -Restarting my iPhone X doesn’t help correct the apps disfunctions. Help, Devs. Lets see a blue UPDATE button next to ya’s on the app store, quickly please and thank you.

I have been using SonosTube on my IOS devices (iPhone, iPad) and recently on my Mac. I have Sonos speakers in my family room, bedroom and my study and I use it about 15 to 16 hours a day. It is my most favorite app on Apple. is there a way I can share my playlists -- that I created on my iphone -- on my Mac
