I played this game as a kid and I was smiling ear to ear when I saw it was available for download. The gameplay is accurate to the original. It's still fun to play. Two problems I found: (1) The menu sets could be clearer. They appear overly complicated. That's a minor gripe. (2) The bigger issue, the color saturation in the background is too rich and needs to have the intensity dialed down a bit. You lose focus on the characters proximately to obstacles during gameplay. In short, the background is overpowering and you lose depth perception. Other than that, it's still a classic!!

The out of level character models (which might be the same as the in level ones) look like they were made in roblox. It’s okay, just a little mediocre. Also, as others have said, sonic’s run animation is weird.

Amazing game, could use better animations during cutscenes between characters, but I know how budgeting and money and stuff works. Good job gamloft yet again.

I loved sonic runners and was very upset when it was taken down. I love this game too and hope that you add tons more to make it even better.
