spotify not working

i was trying to move some music over to spotify but it won’t let me click it as an option

I absolutely loved the app and never had issues with it other than the occasional Apple Music was missing a song Spotify had, but that’s not the apps fault/problem. Super straight forward and very user friendly however recently it’s become unusable. I noticed there was an update put out supposedly fixing an issue when selecting Spotify as a source, though it might have helped those who were having that issue, the update has seemingly given me this issue! It’s such a shame too because I truly wouldn’t recommend any other app over this one. Hopefully they fix it, until then I gotta say it’s a no go from me.

However as of late I’m not able to log into my Spotify account. I’m also not able to restore my Pro purchase after deleting and reinstalling the app. Appears to be very buggy since the last update. Normally it’s a great app!
Would love to see if this works but keeps crashing

App crashes every time I try to connect to Apple Music. Says it was fixed in the update but apparently not.

Downloaded the app and tried about 10 times to give it access to Apple Music and Spotify and every single time it would just spin after attempting login and then the app will just crash. Disappointing since I’m on the latest 13 pro max will all updates installed.

Crashes everytime it’s done matching all 10,000 of my songs, and what’s worse is that after it matches 10,000 the app crashes and you have to restart the whole procedure...on top of that it takes like 2 hours to transfer 10,000 songs with the premium version!!!! Wasted so much time

Out of 5 playlists, one song did not “fail” and that one was completely incorrect.. no similarity between song name or artist name.

I’m so glad this app existed when I needed it. I moved from Apple Music to Spotify premium to avail the student discount. Your app helped me save countless hours and effort by transferring the playlists. Thank you so much.?
