I have to pay again?

I used this years ago to move my Spotify playlists to Apple Music. I had to pay to do that, but I was happy to because it worked. Now I downloaded it again only to be told that I have to pay again and restoring my previous purchase doesn’t work. Why???

I just switched from Spotify to AppleMusic (because of a free trial) and I was so sad I’d loose all my music and playlists.. I googled if there was any way to import my music and a video about this app appeared. Honestly I thought it wasn’t going to work/would have a lot of ads/would only let me transfer a few songs BUT NO!! I haven’t seen a single ad (already transferred 5 playlists and was SUPER EASY), it also has an option to import Album and Songs library! It’s the first time that I take the time to write a review because this app honestly deserves it. I’m in awe of how awesome it is! Thank you ????

I am not one to make reviews, but this app has always been so useful since I constantly use both Apple Music and Spotify. The app works exactly as mentioned and even has some other nifty useful tools. I really want to thank the devs because I’ve been a user since it’s beginnings and the constant development of the app is very evident. They care about the user experience and it shows. I would recommend buy the pro features, they are absolutely worth it for the price.

I’ve shifted between Spotify and Apple Music a couple of times and it was always a HUGE PAIN to copy my playlists from one service to another... SongShift made this process SO EASY! I definitely think it’s worth the $5 if you have a big music library. Congratulations to the developers for developing such a great app! I do have a small feature suggestion though: I have a lot of songs that are in multiple playlists. A few of these songs were not automatically matched, but I was able to match them in the app by searching for it and selecting the correct version in Apple Music. The problem is that I had to do this for the same song in every playlist it was present... My suggestion is to store these “manual” matches I selected and suggest them if the song appears in another playlist.
