I have SongShift pro and most of the time the playlists sync correctly, but occasionally something happens and SongShift dumps duplicates into the target iTunes playlist and will report >100% sync progress or it will sit at 0% progress. The final playlist may have 3000+ songs when the source playlist had 30... I am sending a bug report to email support and will update the review with the resolution

Can't begin a shift or anything. After selecting the service the app force closes. Super disappointing.

Apple Music doesn’t connect and crashes when attempting to sign in or transfer anything. Cool idea but doesn’t work at least with the Apple Music piece.

I signed into both of my accounts but none of my playlists showed up, only default ones from Spotify. Even when you try to “shift” something the app immediately crashes. It’s a good concept, but the app doesn’t work

I transferred ~15 playlists from Spotify to Apple Music, but now when I try it just creates a playlist but doesn’t add the songs. What happened?

This app has been crashing for nearly a month now, it is unusable. I have sent multiple emails and tweets to the developer with no response. I have paid for the premium features as I have a lot of music I like to keep up to date with. The lack of response is nothing short of a scam and I will be trying to get a refund back for this purchase.
