Loved it when game admins were fair to loyal game players. They are not anymore and I’m cutting back.

ALRIGHT!!! I’ll get my VIP status back, but just so I can stop seeing that one “influencer” girl (or at least she looks like one) who keeps advertising the stupid Blackout Bingo Blitz game (which BTW, you don’t actually win $$, not without paying to play—that’s how THEY get YOU). I know this is exactly what they want at SongPop, but I’ve come to despise her ads with a burning passion.

I don’t like that you can only get 5 per day and the ads have gotten longer. They take to much time away when you’re playing a timed reward. I have to question if I’m really getting that much benefit from paying for VIP.

This is a great game ruined by the amount of ads I have to see. It’s quite disappointing

Limits on earning free tickets

I love the game, but to play parties, you have to have tickets and you could earn free tickets by watching an ad. They have started limiting that to 5 times a day. So, unless you earn them with the daily bonus, you have to spend money I get tickets to play the games. It’s made me play less and certainly not play as much. If tickets could be bought with coins, I think that would be more fair

10/2020. Ever since latest Apple update, I can’t sign in under username. It adds a “Y” to my Gmail account. Tried app support but they take you to Q & A community. I guess they’re making enough money so they can neglect their users?‍♀️that have a unique problem.

Need playlists for the special badges

As a long time player it can be difficult to find time to play the parties for the special badges. It would be great if playlists were available for them even if on a limited time basis - say a few days.

This game was a lot of fun for a few days. Then I can’t sign in without connecting to Facebook. I don’t want to connect to Facebook for a game, so really too bad.

I’m very upset that you changed it that you can only get 5 tickets a day. I usually buy stuff from the advertisements I watch pretty regularly so I know your advertisers will not be happy now. The way you are stopping that just so you can get more money from people buying tickets that I refuse to do on principle. I use to buy them every now and then but you are starting to get greedy. Now you are trying to get your money from players now instead of from the advertisers. Which I think is a very bad move. Shame on you. You should always look after your customers.
