Use to like this game but now instead of tapping on the app to play it makes you log in every day along with a password. If they don’t fix it then I’m gone

I love this game so much. It’s a great game that can eat up time and can keep your occupied. Also, can we update some of the playlists like Lil Uzi Vert to his most recent album (Eternal Atake) and also maybe make a Trippie Redd, Comethazine, and YNW Melly playlist. If so, that would be awesome!!! 5/5 would recommend.

I was a VIP member but just cancelled because they stopped letting me watch ads to get tickets for the party. You can now only get five turns a day so only those that can afford a bunch of tickets can ever win. If they are going to do that, then they are getting none of my money. I attempted to e mail them twice and they never responded. Then they had the gall to ask me to rate how they handled my issue! They obviously don’t give 2 cents about their customers

Wow FreshPlanet really? Not sure when this change took place but now you are limited to 5 video ads in 24 hours for free tickets. For those of us who are paying your monthly subscription fee: we shouldn’t be limited to 5 video ads for tickets to play the parties!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP! The parties are sometimes the only reason I get on to play. Especially when I don’t care for the albums that was released that week!!! With that said, now I really have no reason to keep my subscription. I will be canceling everyone in my households subscription at the end of this month. SMH FreshPlanet. Bad decision

I used to love this game but now they’re basically forcing you to pay for VIP.. Every single thing you do is followed by a 30+ second long ad. There’s no point anymore. RIP to the SongPop playing days. Yeah I could spend $5 instead of complain but it’s the fact that they’re literally forcing it on us.

Fun game, but I don’t like how we’ve been limited to 5 tickets per day. If you think players are going to start buying them, you’re sadly mistaken. The limit on tickets makes it useless to play Expert parties.

This is my favorite app. It’s turned me on to lots of different songs and artists. I have also met some cool friends/players after playing for so long. I do have a few complaints about it. First, for about a month now I haven’t been able to add music to my Apple playlist. When I try to add a song, it freezes up and I have to swipe out of the app. This is one of the main reasons I have Apple Music because of the ease of adding songs straight from Songpop. Second, you need to have ways to earn tickets. It takes forever to save them up to even have a shot of getting any sort of prize. Lastly, when I’m scrolling through the playlists to purchase one, if I scroll too fast-it will close out of the app. It’s done that with multiple phones over the years. Please please fix these bugs and bring back songpop live!
