No way to reach customer service , all attempts in vain

I have been trying to reach out to customer service at Songkick with no luck. I purchased 2 tickets on Sept 26 for an upcoming event and have received no confirmation emails, nor does it show anywhere that I have purchased these tickets except on my bank statement. I’ve tried reaching out because every time I choose the option to submit a request, I get looped back to information to reach out to the vendor. The problem is, I cannot find the vendor. On your app, it simply says prekindle and my bank statement says Granada, however, neither of those are on your list of vendors so I cannot access my tickets. This does not seem very user friendly, when I cannot even email you about a ticket I purchased through your site. I would rather have dealt with this issue quietly through email, but leaving a review seems to be the only way to reach anyone. Very frustrating !
Syncing with Spotify doesn’t work

I love the idea of this app. However, it’s execution leaves much to be desired. I follow lots of my favorite artists in Spotify. However, when I try to sync SongKick with Spotify, it adds tons of random artists that I DO NOT FOLLOW to the “Your Artists” section of the app. This means I get heaps of notifications for shows for artists that I don’t care at all about. Why can’t you simply sync ONLY the artists I follow on Spotify?

I love concerts so this app is great for me! I think this app is great! I have found mostly all of my favorite artists and when they will be coming near me! Works great! If you are trying to find a concert to go to by one of your favorite bands or artists then please download this app! You will be pleased! ?
Top tier concert finder

The app is top tier for finding concerts! Im big on electronic music and love going to events the only down side is some events might not show up on this app compared to Edmtrain. Other then that it works really smooth and will not disappoint if u love going to concerts and festivals as much as i do!!

Great app, the best I know of for tracking concerts nearby. I think it’s better and less sloppy than Bandsintown. Simple and efficient. My only complaint is that not every concert is always listed, I found out an artist I like was performing in Chicago from their website and SongKick didn’t have it on the app. There’s only been one or two instances where I’ve noticed this, otherwise it’s great

I love Songkick because it lets me know when my favorite performers are near me. It also lets me track my favorite artists. Totally worth it ?
