Love this game! Just started, haven’t won money but it is fun!

Support is lacking

I like the app and I got enough gems to play one of the tournaments for free but I keep getting an “internal error”. I contacted support on 01/22 and they sent an acknowledgement email but nothing after that. I followed up today and I’m still waiting. How long until I get support? I wouldn’t feel comfortable depositing real money if there is no way to reach support.

It’s funny that as soon as you add real money the app starts to run slow and then stop working all together.
