Support is lacking – Solitaire Cash Review

I like the app and I got enough gems to play one of the tournaments for free but I keep getting an “internal error”. I contacted support on 01/22 and they sent an acknowledgement email but nothing after that. I followed up today and I’m still waiting. How long until I get support? I wouldn’t feel comfortable depositing real money if there is no way to reach support.
